Web Application Developer (ASP.NET MVC) is looking for a new challenge

Job-ID: 1434 - Aufgegeben am: 08.06.2009
Beschreibung Hello,

I am looking for a new position in the field of web application development with Microsoft technology stack: ASP.NET MVC / WebForms, C# (no VB), SQL Server.

I offer:

- 15+ years of development experience: Pascal (1994 - 1998) -> C/C++ (1998 - 2004) -> .NET/C# (since 2004) -> ASP.NET WebForms (since 2005) -> ASP.NET MVC (since 2008)
- 3.5+ years of work experience: C/C++ (1,5+ years), .NET/C# (2,5+ years), ASP.NET/WebForms (1,5+ years)
- Competence to complete the full development cycle: concept -> design/architecture -> implementation -> operation -> marketing campaign
- Team player skils and ability for self-organized work, capable of leading a small team (experience with up to two people for now)
- International environment experience with working languages English, German, French and Russian (also know a few words in Spanish and can understand very simple written content)

Looking for:

- A position in a professional software company with focus on web application development with Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET MVC is of the primary interest)
- Diverse and challenging projects requiring high-level activities such as requirements and resource analysis, application architecture and design, pilot projects to evaluate ideas, concepts and technologies as well as the user response (no coder jobs)
- Focus on new developments (no bugfixing/maintenance of old legacy projects)
- Consistent use of the newest technologies (no .NET 1.1 or the likes)
- Professional environment with people who have a passion for their work (not just see it as a job), love for quality (more than for speed) and are constantly seeking to improve their knowledge and skills
- High score mark in the Joel Test (http://www.joelonsoftware.com/articles/fog0000000043.html). Whoever finds this test completely alien, does not need to contact me.
- Quiet working environment, no open plan room - where there is chat, telephone calls, music, videos, shopping etc. all day long as the main team activity I cannot complete any work.
- Company that cares about their employees (trainings, conferences, certifications do not sound exotic), market-level salary, organized lunch, interest and active participation in career and professional development of employees
- Low stress/bureaucracy/politics
- Limited extra hours, no work at weekends, flexible working hours and the home office option
- No travel activities (can only consider doing this occasionally)

I am currently situated in Stuttgart but willing to relocate within the south of Germany (Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Munich).

If you are looking for a nice colleague with an open-mind, enthusiast, oriented at quality work and not having a square thought pattern (performing only as trained, not looking to the left or right, fearing experimentation and discovering new) you are very welcome to contact me. Write here: jobsearch2k9@gmail.com (please contact me from your company's address as I won't be sending my CV to web.de, gmx or whatever).

P.S. If someone knows of a good match place for my search and can suggest it to me, I will be very glad to hear from you.
